Welcome!

 Welcome!

Only 15-20 minutes from the resort community of Park City, Utah, "The Trace" is everything you could want in a mountain get away. If you're interested in easy access to the ski slopes, enjoy undisturbed walks in the mountains and room to roam, this is the place. And, for a limited time, we are offering a 10% discount for stays of 4 or more days!  Imagine taking an early morning walk in virgin snow and returning to a crackling fire on the porch with friends or a loved one. Perhaps a brisk work out in the gym or a friendly game of pool would be more to your liking. Whatever your pleasure we're certain you'll find your stay with us relaxing and satisfying with all the privacy you could hope for.

At an elevation of 6500' the property overlooks the entire Weber Valley, an agricultural region with horse, cattle and alpaca ranches dominating the valley floor. The beginning of the great Uinta Mountains forms the backdrop for the property as well as views of the Deer Valley ski resort to the South. Just below "The Trace" you'll cross over the Weber River which is very popular with fly fishermen as well as hikers and bikers who use the adjacent rail/trailhead for treks into Park City.

Three major ski resorts; Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, and The Canyons are all just 20-25 minutes away. The Salt Lake City International Airport is approx. 45 minutes and the main entrance to the Uinta Mountain Wilderness area is a short 30 minute drive to the East.  Skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, horse drawn sleigh rides, world class fly fishing, mountain biking, hiking, outdoor summer concerts, balloon rides and some of the best cuisine available anywhere are just a few of the pleasures awaiting you in our area.
